We're growing our team and looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist who wants meaningful clinical work and a life outside the clinic that's just as good.

Day to Day
In the Clinic
- Run comprehensive PT evaluations and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans covering gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, gait, and functional mobility
- Design home exercise programs so gains carry over between visits
- Lead individual and group sessions, both in person and through teletherapy, based on authorization and need
- Loop in your Team Lead or Therapy Manager on treatment planning and tricky cases
- Keep kids, families, and the care team clearly updated on goals and progress
Leading Others
- Serve as clinical supervisor for PTAs as assigned
- Review and co-sign PTA documentation within two business days
- Mentor your team with real, constructive feedback that helps them grow
Paperwork That Doesn't Pile Up
- Clean, on-time, HIPAA-compliant documentation — notes, discharge summaries, progress reports, LMNs

What You'll Need
Must-Haves
- Current Arizona Physical Therapist License
- Clean driving record — no DUIs or suspensions
- Eligible for a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with electronic documentation/billing systems
Nice-to-Haves
- Pediatric PT experience, especially neurodevelopmental or orthopedic
- Experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants
- Outpatient or multidisciplinary clinic background
