About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to join our Engineering department. In this full-time role, you will lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists, drive innovative solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your leadership will inspire a culture of collaboration and excellence as you align technical goals with business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and data scientists, fostering professional growth and team development.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with business objectives.
- Implement and uphold engineering best practices, processes, and tools to ensure efficiency and quality in deliverables.
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle of projects, from planning to deployment.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the team operates at peak performance.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continually improve technology solutions and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an engineering leadership role with a track record of managing successful technical teams.
- Strong expertise in engineering, data science, and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with vision, inspire teams, and drive technical innovation.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience with hiring, team building, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within a technical team.
The pay range for this role is:242,219 - 254,968 USD per year(US)
