About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, dependable Fulfillment Associate to help get equipment out the door accurately and on time.
The work is hands-on and consistent day to day: unboxing and assembling headsets, cleaning them, packing patient orders, checking in returns, and keeping our records up to date. This position begins as temporary/hourly to support immediate volume needs, with the opportunity to convert to full-time. Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Fulfillment
Unbox and assemble headsets and accessories (straps, face pieces, chargers)
Clean and sanitize equipment before shipment
Kit and ship headsets and equipment (chargers, cases, cleaning supplies) for patient orders
Receive and inspect incoming inventory, including confirming device and firmware versions prior to shipment
Check inventory levels and let the Supply Chain Manager know when something is running low
Support periodic physical inventory counts
Records & Accuracy
Keep inventory recordsaccurateand up to date in our tracking systems
Log serial numbers and device status as work is completed
Double-check counts and order contents before shipment
Returns & Communication
Receive and inspect equipment returned by patients; clean and restage units for reuse or set aside for retirement
Let the Supply Chain Manager know promptly about discrepancies, delays, or anything that looks wrong
Pitch in on other fulfillment tasks as daily volume requires

The Ideal Candidate
You are dependable, careful, and comfortable handling multiple orders and shipments at once without losing track of the details. Youdon'twait to be told something is wrong-you notice a discrepancy or a low-stock situation and flag it before it becomes a problem.You'recomfortable with hands-on, repetitiveworkand equally careful about keeping recordsaccurate.You'rewilling to do whatever needs doing that day, and you understand that precision matters here, because theequipmentyou'rehandling is used directly in patient care.
This is a hands-on fulfillment role-packing, cleaning, shipping, and record-keeping. It does not involve planning, forecasting, analysis, or reporting.
Qualifications
Required
Dependable and punctual, with flexibility during periods of higher volume
Careful attention to detail, especially with serial numbers and counts
Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Able to follow written procedures consistently
Ability to lift and handle equipment and packages as part of daily fulfillment duties
Reliable transportation to Needham, MA
Preferred
Prior experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, stockroom, or retail backroom work
Experience in healthcare, DME, or medical device environments
