Manager Revenue Cycle Performance Improvement
Manages revenue cycle performance improvement work that supports operational efficiency, financial performance, compliance, and the patient's financial experience. Coordinates teams, analytics, projects, and cross-functional improvement efforts to identify performance gaps, implement practical solutions, and sustain measurable results across revenue cycle operations.
Annual Salary Range: $89,897.60 - $143,832.00
Qualifications
Education:

Requires bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Health Information Management, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
Experience:
-
Requires Five (5) years of progressively responsible healthcare revenue cycle, performance improvement, healthcare finance, revenue integrity, patient financial services, or related operational experience.

Two (2) years of experience leading projects, coordinating teams, supervising staff, or managing revenue cycle improvement work is required.

Experience using data, metrics, and process improvement methods to evaluate performance and support operational decisions.
