We are driving clinical excellence and scalable digital health.
We are building a world-class commercial team to accelerate growth and are looking for a hands-on, metrics-driven sales leader to own and grow our referring practice channel.
Who we’re looking for:
We are seeking NY licensed PA or NP to join our innovative virtual practice. This role starts as a part-time position (minimum 16 hours per week) with the option to expand to full-time within 12 months if desired. You will conduct virtual consults, interpret sleep studies, and help patients access evidence-based treatments.
What you will do:
Perform telehealth consultations to evaluate and diagnose sleep disorders, with a primary focus on obstructive sleep apnea.
Review and interpret home sleep apnea tests and related diagnostic studies.
Develop and communicate personalized treatment plans to patients, which may include PAP therapy, oral appliances, and pharmacological options for OSA treatment.
Collaborate with the patient support team and other care team members to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate documentation within our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Participate in periodic team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Board Certification in Sleep Medicine.
Active, unrestricted New York State medical license.
Minimum 1 year of experience diagnosing and managing sleep disorders (including sleep apnea) via telemedicine.
Comfort with using telehealth technology to deliver patient care.
Ability to commit to at least 16 hours per week on a consistent schedule, which can include evenings and weekends.
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
