Guest Service Representative – Part Time, Evenings and Weekends
We’re looking for a friendly, organized Guest Service Representative to be the first point of contact for residents and program participants. This role supports registrations, facility bookings, membership sales, and general inquiries.
Pay Rate: 17.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email.
- Handle registrations, rentals, and point-of-sale transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Balance daily receipts and prepare deposits.
- Use RecTrac/WebTrac systems and complete clerical tasks accurately.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 yrs. of age.
- Candidate must be dependable and able to possess good judgment in difficult situations.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and work well with the public and other staff.
- Ability to follow direction and work independently.
- C.P.R., AED, and First Aid Certification required; or ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire date.
Compensation details: 17.5-17.5 Hourly Wage
