Position Overview
We are seeking a confident, energetic, sales-driven Luxury Goods Live Shopping Host to present live online sales of designer handbags, luxury accessories, and premium lifestyle products.
This role blends live entertainment, product presentation, customer engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, naturally engaging, knowledgable, elegant, and passionate about luxury brands and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Host and participate in live-stream shopping events
- Present luxury goods in an exciting, informative, and entertaining way
- Build viewer engagement through conversation, storytelling, and product knowledge
- Answer live customer questions quickly and professionally
- Create urgency and excitement to help drive sales during streams
- Accurately showcase product condition, authenticity details, and features
- Assist with product preparation, organization, and stream setup
- Track live sales and communicate clearly with support staff during streams
- Stay current on luxury brand trends, resale values, and market demand
- Help maintain a positive, high-energy environment for the community and team
Qualifications
- Experience in Luxury Sales strongly preferred
- Comfortable and confident speaking live on camera for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience preferred, especially in luxury retail, live selling, or collectibles
- Passion for luxury brands, fashion, premium products, or resale culture
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced live environment
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Basic computer and live-stream technology skills preferred
- Experience with TikTok Live, Whatnot, Instagram Live, Twitch, or similar platforms is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Luxury retail sales
- Fashion, designer, or high end collectibles knowledge
- Social media engagement or influencer-style communication
