Prep Cook
Description of the job, responsibilities and duties.
The Hot Food Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to exact menu airline menu specifications, FDA standards, and daily meal counts. The cook will maintain proper quantity and quality of food to meet established requirements and daily meal counts. Cook will keep kitchen and work areas clean, sanitary and well maintained, maintain proper temperatures of cooked food product and seek to continually comply with safety regulations.
Ability to maintain a satisfactory attendance record.

Ability to use kitchen tools and materials.
Requires, standing, walking, bending, lifting, stooping, crouching, pushing.
Ability to perform other tasks as assigned.
Must read, write and communicate in English.
Environmental Requirements:
Will be exposed to various temperature changes (hot and cold) and noise.
This position requires to be active, walking, heavy lifting and pushing 50+ lbs.
Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours.
Expose to fall hazards
Compensation details: 16.5 Hourly Wage
