Account Manager/On-site Manager
Location: Cleveland, OH
About This Role
You'll be the on-site leader for our contract workforce at client facilities. You'll manage daily operations, support associate success, and partner with our branch office to keep staffing, safety, and client relationships running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference in people's work experience.
What You'll Do
- Supervise contract associates and address attendance, performance, and HR issues.
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding training.
- Monitor workplace safety, attend client safety meetings, and investigate incidents.
- Track applications, files, and associate documentation in our tracking system.
- Create reports and spreadsheets as needed by clients.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate HR records.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively, recommending program improvements.
- Recommend and support associates through counseling or transition conversations.
- Recruit and screen applicants when staffing gaps occur.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients.
- Report safety concerns, near misses, and accidents to management.
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Administrative work, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to stay organized and manage time under pressure.
- Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Willingness to travel to other client locations or office meetings as needed.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Associate degree or higher education.
- Bilingual Spanish-English ability.
- Previous recruiting or sourcing experience.
- Experience leading teams or managing multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements
This role involves sitting for about 50% of the workday, moving around the office to access files and equipment, and occasional light lifting (25 pounds or less). You'll use computers, phones, and standard office equipment regularly. You may travel short or extended periods to client locations or the corporate office.
