In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure our workplace environments are safe, efficient, and built for success. From managing vendor partnerships and supporting office projects to overseeing maintenance, compliance, and space planning—you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence. You’ll also help modernize facilities processes by leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools to improve performance and reporting.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, and safety compliance
Manage vendor contracts and coordinate facility-related projects
Serve as a key liaison with landlords and internal stakeholders
Support office moves, space planning, and long-term real estate strategy
Contribute to budgeting and ensure regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of facilities, construction, or real estate experience
Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Tech-savvy mindset with interest in AI-driven workflows
