Foster City - Regional Baseball Director Youth Player Development
Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is seeking a Regional Baseball Director to oversee instruction within our Advanced Camp program serving youth athletes ages 1014.
This leadership role combines baseball instruction, player development, and program oversight. The successful candidate will have experience coaching competitive athletes and a strong passion for helping young players reach the next level.
Position Overview
Advanced Camp participants are motivated athletes seeking a more challenging baseball environment. Directors are expected to deliver meaningful instruction, promote player growth, and create an atmosphere that balances competition and fun.
Primary Duties

Lead advanced baseball training sessions

Teach game strategy and situational awareness

Supervise campers and support staff

Evaluate player development throughout the week

Ensure a safe and organized environment

Uphold Giants Camps standards and expectations
Qualifications
-
Previous baseball coaching experience required

Experience with competitive youth, travel, high school, or collegiate players preferred

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Schedule
Foster City session:

July 2024 with option to addDanville (June 8-12),San Francisco (June 15-19+July 27-31)
Compensation
$1,400/week (Exempt Position)
Compensation details: 280 Hourly Wage
