Position Summary
EVgo is seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to help drive continuous improvement across our ERP (NetSuite) and ecosystem of ancillary systems (Coupa, Sitetracker, Extensiv, etc.). This role will have a heavy focus on Fixed Asset Management, Inventory Management, and Integration Management. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology services across the organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with a passion for operational excellence and a strong customer service mindset. Collaboration with business stakeholders and external vendors is essential to drive technology improvements that support EVgo’s mission.
Internal Title:Senior Business Systems Analysis
Responsibilities
- Oversee/manage/support daily EIT operations related to core financial systems, including help desk support and Enterprise systems management
- Establish a deep understanding of cross-functional business processes – able to be concisely communicate the impact of technical solutions as they pertain to existing and future processes.
- Partner with Accounting to support monthly/quarterly/yearly close and completion of regular SOX compliance requirements.
- Team with integration partners to design, test, and release integrations between NetSuite and other applications.
- Actively participate in Agile development process – sprint planning, story creation, capacity estimation, documentation, release planning, and post release validation/hyper care to realize optimal solutions to business problems in alignment with best practices for each financial system.
- Support projects related to EIT owned platforms systems upgrades, and new technology implementation.
- Serve as the escalation point for IT issues and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on EIT performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management , or a related field.
- 5+ years NetSuite specific Administrator experience – NetSuite Administrator Certification a plus.
- Strong core knowledge of NetSuite functional capabilities that optimize business requests and requirements – Saved Searches, Reports, Workflows, and Suite Analytics.
- Must be fluent/well versed in NetSuite’s Inventory and Fixed Asset Modules.
- Extensive experience owning end to end development lifecycle for ERP and related solutions – intake, design, development, UAT, and deployment.
- Familiar with ITCG, SOX Framework, and Change Management.
- Experience working with various core financial systems – Coupa, Planful ,etc.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, endpoint management tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

- Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer discretionary target cash bonuses, restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance, unbounded paid time off including parental leave, and a 401(k).
