We are looking to expand our F45 and FS8 teams! If you are a positive, outgoing, confident team player this might be the perfect role for you. We are looking for a strong community builder, someone who has an unstoppable drive for growth and feels comfortable making calls and talking with our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow-up with assigned leads/trial members (email, text, phone)
- Nurture trial memberships
- Book new trial members into first class
- Build rapport with trial members as part of the membership conversion process
- Give studio tours to first time trial members
- Facilitate subsequent class bookings
- Ensure trial members get necessary attention
- Present membership options to trial members at appropriate time
- Build strong relationships with F45 and FS8 members, corporate businesses and local businesses
- Be a brand advocate of F45 and FS8
- Be positive ‘member’ when working out at studio
- Talk about F45 and FS8 with everyone
- Answer incoming calls
- Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile
- Foster and build new member retention
- Participate in studio marketing events
- Update assigned leads/members in CRM daily
- Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for our studios, including membership sales/renewals, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels
- Work collaboratively with the studio managers to manage the studio, ensuring smooth and cohesive operations
Required Attributes/Qualifications:
- Positive, upbeat attitude and belief system
- Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred.
- Enthusiastic, vibrant, passionate and personable approach with clients
- Effective phone skills
- Social media acumen
- Ability to follow a proven sales process
- Comfortable learning new Software, such as Mindbody and CRM
- Previous sales and marketing experience
- Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills
- Core values of honesty and integrity, trustworthy
- Self-motivated with strong organization and planning skills
- Ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
- Experience:
- Sales: 1+ years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1+ year (Required)
