Job Responsibilities:
As the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front-of-house team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
Supervising and motivating the service staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Training and developing the team to ensure consistent service standards and adherence to company policies.
Setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
2. Guest Satisfaction:
Ensuring that guests receive a memorable dining experience by monitoring service quality and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Responding to guest feedback and taking necessary actions to improve service standards.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
3. Operational Excellence:
Managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations to provide a safe dining experience for guests and employees.
Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing costs to achieve financial targets.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborating with other departments, such as the kitchen and bar, to ensure smooth coordination and efficient service flow.
Maintaining open lines of communication with the management team and providing regular updates on restaurant operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management.
Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Compensation details: 65000-72000 Yearly Salary
