Position Summary:
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, placement of volunteers, and coordination of resources with department contacts to support the Craig Hospital Volunteer program. This position is responsible for working with high schools and universities to select, onboard, train, and evaluate student interns coming in through the volunteer department. In addition, the Volunteer Coordinator will serve as a liaison between community and corporate groups, which includes managing donations and coordinating group volunteer events. The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the Annual Volunteer Appreciation during National Volunteer Week including events, gifts, and various other appreciation. The Volunteer Coordinator is also responsible for performing duties such as coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, greeting visitors, staff and physicians and work on special projects. This position will also provide assistance and back-up for the Gift Shop Coordinator.
Required Qualifications:
• Licensure/Certification/Registrations: Must have current, valid, CO driver’s license in good standing and insurable.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor degree preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in office administration and customer service with data entry strongly preferred.

Pay Range: $22.45/hour - $36.27/hour
