Compensation: Starting at $16.45 per hour based on education, experience, certification, and internal equity
Status: Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do as a Clinic Scheduler

Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently, considering provider availability and appointment priorities.

Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and clinic staff to schedule, confirm, and update appointments.

Provide patients with appointment details, instructions, and follow-up information.

Maintain accurate appointment records using electronic scheduling and health record systems.

Update patient information and ensure scheduling data remains current and accurate.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize clinic schedules and patient flow.

Address patient inquiries related to scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.

Conduct appointment reminder calls or messages and assist with rescheduling as needed.

Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and communicate changes to all relevant parties.

Support clinic operations by assisting with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
