Key Responsibilities:
- Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing and account maintenance
- Provide accurate product/service information and suggest appropriate IFCU solutions
- Open new accounts and pursue cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain service standards, complete assigned duties and support the branch team
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and cash handling skills
- Basic math, knowledge of debit/credit, familiarity with 10-key
- Experience in banking/financial services and sales/relationship management
