We are seeking a Property Preservation Specialist (Cleaner) to support the overall cleanliness, presentation, and curb appeal of our communities. This is a hands-on role for individuals who take pride in creating clean, welcoming environments and understand the direct impact appearance has on the resident experience.
This position is responsible for cleaning vacant apartment homes after move-outs, maintaining common hallway areas, and preserving the overall appearance of the properties assigned. Property Preservation Specialists play a critical role in ensuring our communities consistently feel cared for, professional, and move-in ready.
What You'll Do (Your Property Preservation Skillset):
- Clean vacant apartment homes in preparation for new move-ins
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms and common areas
- Perform property grounds cleanup to support curb appeal standards
- Identify and report damages, safety concerns, or maintenance issues
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Support overall property appearance and presentation expectations
- Accurately document completed work and communicate updates with leadership

Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ year of cleaning, janitorial, turnover, or property upkeep experience preferred
- Strong reliability, consistency, and accountability
- Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
- Attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to communicate professionally with team members and leadership
- Valid driver's license

Work Environment, Travel & Physical Requirements
- Onsite role supporting multiple local communities
- Local travel between properties required
- Must be able to walk properties, climb stairs, and work indoors/outdoors
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed
- Flexible office hours between 8AM–5PM (8 hour shift)
Compensation details: 20-22 Hourly Wage
