Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Builds software applications – Follows coding standards, buildsappropriate unittests, integrationtestsand deployment scripts
- Owns success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Location and Physical Requirements:
- Hybrid; report to Minneapolis office one to two days per week
- Whenremote (access to reliable internet connectionrequired)
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standingat a desk and working on a computer.
Required Skills,Education,and Experience:
- Understanding of software engineering principles,frameworksand technologies
- Familiar with design,maintenanceand development with SQL / relational databases
- Familiaritywith web application frameworks, with a preference for React
- Familiarity with JavaScriptor other high-level language,TypeScript experience is a plus
- Great problem solving and design skills, withdemonstratedpassion for quality
- Takes initiative andcanwork effectively in a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
The base pay range for this role is $20 - $25. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
