About Clarity Clinic, PLLC
Clarity Clinic is a growing interdisciplinary mental health group practice in Chicago, bringing together Psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Providers, Psychologists, and Therapists under one roof. Our mission is to thoughtfully guide the whole person on their journey to find clarity and mental wellness - and we take that mission seriously, both in how we care for our patients and how we invest in our clinicians.
We are a Joint Commission–accredited behavioral health organization committed to clinical excellence, evidence-based practice, and the development of the next generation of mental health professionals. If you are looking for a place where your clinical skills, your supervisory experience, and your passion for training all have a home, we’d love to meet you.
We are looking for a licensed doctoral-level psychologist who is equally committed to delivering excellent patient care and to shaping the growth of emerging clinicians. This is a role for someone who sees supervision not as an add-on, but as a core part of their professional identity.
What makes this position distinctive is its flexibility. Your clinical focus - therapy, psychological assessment, or a hybrid of both - is determined collaboratively based on your training, your experience, and our program needs. That clinical track is outlined in your Offer Letter and Role Supplement and can evolve over time. What stays consistent regardless of track: every psychologist in this role supervises a caseload of trainees equivalent to 4 FTE.
