Lead Software Engineer (.NET / AWS)
📍 Fall River, MA (Hybrid – Tues/Thurs in-office)
We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to help evolve and scale our eCommerce platform. This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing architecture, and contributing directly to high-impact development work.
This is not a people management role—you’ll lead through technical expertise, strong decision-making, and hands-on contribution.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to and help guide architecture decisions across our web platform and integrationsLead complex development efforts through hands-on coding in a modern .NET environmentPartner with business stakeholders to build scalable, user-friendly solutionsImprove system performance, reliability, and maintainabilityReview code and promote development best practices across the teamSupport and enhance a cloud-based environment leveraging AWS servicesParticipate in full SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment
What You Bring
- Strong experience with C# / .NET and building scalable web applicationsExperience developing APIs and working with cloud environments (AWS preferred)Solid understanding of database design and performance (SQL Server or MySQL)Ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate cross-functionallyExperience working in Agile environments with modern development practices
Nice to Have
- Front-end experience with React or similar frameworksExperience with microservices or serverless architectureFamiliarity with GraphQL or Salesforce integrations
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $120,000–$140,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Location
This role follows a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration twice weekly (Tue & Thu) in Fall River, MA.
