Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 6 months of work related administrative experience
- Valid Oklahoma drivers license
- Reliable transportation for occasional errands (with mileage reimbursement)
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- Knowledge of general office practices
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to compile and analyze data
- Ability to type 45 wpm
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Good Attendance and punctuality is mandatory
- Willingness to be a member of a dedicated team
- Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in working with computers and other types of technology
Work Environment : Climate-controlled office environment. Noise level moderately quiet.
Physical Demands : Occasionally required to sit and use their fingers, to handle or feel. Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, and to stoop or kneel. Must be able to carry equipment up to 30 lbs. Subject to driving to various locations in varying weather conditions.
