Unit Details
7 North is AnMed’s specialized 8bed Neuro Intensive Care Unit and 8bed Stroke Telemetry Unit, providing highacuity care to patients with complex neurological needs. Team members are proud to work in the second hospital in South Carolina designated as a Primary Stroke Unit, with this recognition maintained for over 10 years by our dedicated and motivated healthcare professionals. While the unit primarily cares for stroke patients, the team also manages a diverse population of neurological and neurosurgical patients. Duties & Responsibilities:

Participates in hourly rounds on patients, assessing pain, positioning, potty (toileting needs), placement of personal items and call light within reach, and VTE prophylaxis in place. Matrix.
