We are seeking a compassionate and dependable female caregiver to assist a hospice client in Wimberley, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with transfers, mobility, and fall prevention
- Reposition client every 2–3 hours
- Provide toileting assistance and manage briefs (client wears briefs at all times)
- Support with light housekeeping and laundry
- Offer companionship and comfort care
Client Needs:
Client is mostly in bed/recliner, uses a walker (not accessible in bathroom), and requires hands-on assistance with daily care.
Additional Details:
- Work alongside husband (primary caregiver)
- Must communicate at start of shift for daily care needs
- Enter through back gate and ensure it is securely latched (dogs on property)
Requirements:
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Experience with hospice or personal care preferred
