Logistics Management Specialist - Fort Lee, VA (On-Site)
OM Group, Inc. is hiring a Logistics Management Specialist to support IT logistics, asset tracking, warehouse operations, and supply management for Army operations at Fort Lee, VA. This role ensures accountability and lifecycle management of government-furnished equipment, supplies, keys, devices, and related assets. This is a fully on-site role at Fort Lee, VA.
Responsibilities
- Track, manage, and maintain inventory of IT equipment, supplies, devices, keys, and government-furnished assets
- Support warehouse operations, logistics processes, and equipment lifecycle management
- Manage equipment receipt, issuance, storage, accountability, transfer, and disposition
- Maintain accountability for government-issued keys, devices, supplies, and equipment
- Support Army logistics systems and platforms such as GCSS, ADHOC Management portal, Army supply systems, and related inventory or accountability tools
- Coordinate with technical teams, government stakeholders, warehouse personnel, and operational teams to support equipment needs
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and accountability controls for assigned assets
Requirements
- Relevant experience in IT logistics and supply management
- Experience managing inventory, equipment accountability, warehouse operations, or supply chain processes
- Experience supporting receipt, issuance, transfer, storage, lifecycle management, or disposition of equipment and supplies
- Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
- Experience with Army logistics systems such as GCSS, ADHOC Management portal, Army supply systems, or similar inventory and accountability platforms
- Ability to support operational and technical teams in a structured government or DoD environment
- Proximity to and ability to work onsite full time in Fort Lee, Virginia
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Contingent upon contract award
- Compensation will be determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, and market conditions, with an expected range of $55,000 to $75,000
