At Aaction Rents, we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, knows their way around equipment (or wants to learn), and takes pride in being part of a solid team. This role is the front line of our business—working directly with customers to get them what they need, when they need it.

What You’ll Do
- Help customers identify and rent the right equipment for their needs
- Process rental orders and contracts accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups with our transport team
- Answer customer questions in person and over the phone
- Follow up on rental needs and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Communicate potential sales opportunities to our sales team
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace
- Stay engaged in ongoing training (minimum 20 hours per year)
- Jump in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
