As a Sales Associate at Scrubs & Beyond, your main goal is to understand our customers' needs and guide them to the best products that fulfill those needs.You’llplay a key role in delivering exceptional customer service that not only enhances the shopping experience but also drives sales. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers and modeling selling best practices
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers
- Execute closing and opening duties as assigned

- Execute andmaintainstrong visual merchandising standards
Essential Qualifications
- 0-2 years of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months (previousretail experience preferred)
- Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals
- Canworka flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, andholidays.
Preferred Qualifications (Skills and Abilities)
- Customer service skills and ability to interact with customersand drive sales
- Has collaborative skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
