About the role
As a Ticket and Retail Agent (T&R), your goal is to facilitate the fun, engaging, efficient and safe movement of guests through the attraction. You may wear multiple hats as a Retail and Photo Agent, Ticket Seller, Ticket Scanner, Greeter, and Reservationist. You will have engaging interactions with our guests by bringing your best and anticipating guests’ needs while following Flyover standards and operating procedures. The Ticket and Retail Agents should always strive to maintain a positive attitude and a safe environment for all guests and team members.
We are hiring for seasonal part time and regular full time T&R positions. The wage for this role is $18/hr USD and a full breakdown of perks and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
What you'll do
- Greetingguests,scanning tickets,and answering questions in a welcoming and positive manner.
- Ensuringaccurateinformation is provided to guestsin terms of experience, price, restrictions,and content.
- Editing photos of guestswhile being knowledgeable about photo packages and backgrounds.
- Cash handling and reconciliation.
- Encouragestrategic upsells, asappropriate atPoint of Sale.
- Ensuring allfacilitysafety precautions aremet andinforming the Operator and Supervisors of any concerns.
- Lead by example to ensure FlyoverChicagooperating procedures, safety of guests and team members,and service standards are consistentlymaintainedby all team members.
- Communicate efficiently using proper radio protocol.
- Assistwith evacuationand shelter-in-placeproceduresin the event ofan emergency.
- Share knowledge with guests about Navy Pier, Chicago, and other tourist attractions around the venue.

Qualifications
- Availability to work a variety of shifts includingdays,evenings,weekends,and Holidays
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to lift loads of up to 30 pounds asnecessary
- SolidknowledgebaseaboutChicagoand local area
- Experience in the tourism/hospitality industry an asset
- Cash handlingand Point of Saleexperienceisan asset
- Public speaking experienceisan asset
- Fluency in a language in addition to English is an asset
