The Role
The Director of Travel, Leisure & Vacation Media Partnerships will lead the expansion of Valpak | Clipp's travel and leisure advertising business. This role is ideal for a senior seller with experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing who understands the journey from inspiration to booking.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with travel, tourism, hospitality, and leisure brands and agencies
- Position Valpak and Clipp as a differentiated channel for trip inspiration and planning
- Educate advertisers on the benefits of in-home media for storytelling and family decision-making
- Develop seasonal and insight-driven media strategies aligned to booking cycles
- Drive revenue through consultative, long-term partnerships
- Collaborate internally on targeting, creative formats, and measurement
Ideal Background
- Experience selling travel, tourism, hospitality, or destination marketing media
- Strong understanding of consumer travel planning and booking behavior
- Proven success selling high-consideration, inspiration-driven campaigns
- Ready to represent a national, in-home platform with long engagement and strong influence
