Country Lane Gazebos is hiring a Service/Logistics Specialist to handle both deliveries and on-site repair work. This role requires a professional, dependable individual with a driver's license who can navigate the logistics of out-of-state deliveries while possessing the construction knowledge to resolve structural issues on site. About the Role
The Service/Logistics Specialist is responsible for delivering structure kits safely and performing repair work at customer homes. You will represent the company on the road and at job sites, ensuring deliveries are completed properly and repairs meet company quality standards.
This role requires both driving experience and basic construction skills.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Delivery:
Transport structure kits to residential locations, including out-of-state travel. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and DOT compliance.
On-Site Repairs:
Schedule and complete repair work on outdoor structures. Diagnose issues and complete repairs to maintain structural integrity and customer satisfaction.
Customer Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact during deliveries and repairs. Answer questions, address concerns, and communicate clearly with customers.
Project Coordination:
Complete delivery logs, repair paperwork, and required documentation. Coordinate schedules and communicate updates with customers and internal teams.
Installation Support:
Assist the Install Team with full structure assemblies when needed and provide technical support on-site.
Equipment & Inventory:
Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and properly stocked with tools and materials. Assist with hardware pickups and ensure materials are loaded and secured correctly.

Education & Experience
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
Experience with delivery driving, preferably large or bulky materials.
Construction or repair experience preferred.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Basic math skills for measuring and material planning.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Ability to lift and lower up to 100 lbs.
Willingness to travel out-of-state and adjust to changing weekly schedules.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and residential environments.
