Groundskeeper (Full-Time)

Fairmount Homes is looking for a full-time Groundskeeper to help keep our campus clean, safe, and well maintained. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outside, staying busy, and taking pride in their work.
You’ll be part of a team that supports each other while creating a great environment for the residents we serve. Fairmount Homes is located on a beautiful 50+ acre campus in rural Ephrata, PA. Groundskeeper & Pay
- Full-time: 40 hours/week (primarily 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Every other Friday & Monday:2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Evening shift differential: + $1.00/hour
- Weekend differential: + $1.25/hour
- Pay: $22.05 – $23.85 per hour
- Some on-call availability required (including weather-related needs like snow removal)

What You’ll Do as a Groundskeeper
- Mow, trim, weed, and maintain lawns and landscaping
- Keep the campus clean, neat, and safe
- Assist with snow removal and seasonal work
- Handle trash removal and general outdoor upkeep
- Use and maintain hand tools and power equipment
- Respond to emergency or on-call needs when required
- Work alongside the maintenance and environmental services team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with mowing, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the day
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Willing to be on-call when needed
