The Remote Clinical Fellowship Supervisor provides professional supervision and mentorship to a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (CF) in accordance with Massachusetts licensure regulations, ASHA requirements, and hospital policy.
This role is primarily remote and focuses on clinical oversight, documentation review, case consultation, structured feedback, and coordination with onsite Speech-Language Pathology staff. The supervisor ensures quality of care, regulatory compliance, professional development, and successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship.
Qualifications
Required
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Minimum of 3 years of post-CCC clinical experience
- Experience supervising Clinical Fellows or graduate clinicians
- Strong working knowledge of adult acute care and/or medical speech pathology
- Experience with electronic medical records
Preferred
- Prior experience providing tele-supervision
- Acute care hospital experience
