Are you an experienced RN with a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our PCU is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in providing progressive, step-down level care to patients who require close monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to patients transitioning from ICU-level acuity or requiring higher-level monitoring than provided on med-surg units
Monitor and assess vital signs, telemetry, IV drips, and complex care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers, and support staff
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care
Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and escalate care appropriately.
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1–2 years RN experience, preferably in PCU, telemetry, intermediate care, or ICU step-down
BLS and ACLS certifications required (American Heart Association )
Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical skills
Proficient with telemetry monitoring and management of complex medical conditions
