Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class A trucks and trailers
- Deliver precast concrete products to customer locations and jobsites
- Drive on highways, local roads, and jobsite/off-road conditions as needed
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain driver logs and DOT compliance
- Load, secure, and transport precast concrete products safely
- Independently secure loads on flatbed trailers
- Assist with loading product using a boom crane
- Follow dispatch schedules and delivery instructions
- Inspect loads and products for damage or quality issues
- Follow all jobsite, DOT, and company safety requirements
- Represent Lakelands professionally with customers and jobsite personnel
