Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Controller with a strong manufacturing background to lead our accounting operations and support strategic financial decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, and compliance while partnering closely with operations to drive efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a must
- Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and production environments
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a must
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
