Warehouse/Delivery Driver JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Driver sorts inventories including materials, goods and products into the right location to feed the business's operational and customer demand. The Driver moves parts, good and other merchandise from one location to another.
WHAT YOU NEED TO START
- Must have a valid driver's license and possess own transportation.
- Verification of US Citizen or approved to work in the US.
- Must have high school diploma or GED.
- Must have driving experience with box truck and pulling trailers.
- Must be a safe driver and have a clean driving record in order to be insured by the Company.
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure, act decisively, be flexible and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, motivated, detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Self-motivated, have a team spirit and be able to work closely with other teams in/out of the ADK Team.
- Must be able to see clearly, listen and comprehend, and read, speak and understand English.
- Must be able to drive in all weather conditions, night and day.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE
- Completes deliveries to and from the job sites.
- Loads delivery vehicle with inventory scheduled for delivery.
- Delivers inventory to projects in a safe and timely manner.
- Picks up inventory along the schedules route including items to be returned, company orders, and other items as requested.
- Assists in general warehouse duties when delivery route is completed.
- Assist with picking up or delivering permits, checks, documents, etc.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized every day.
- Support office staff and managers and take care of their needs and small jobs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical / Mental Requirements and Work Conditions:
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Continual walking, standing, climbing (up to 40 steps up and decline), stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, carrying, sitting for long periods at a time, and lifting and moving (50-100#). Must be able to see, talk and hear. Driving, extreme weather.
