- Letter of Recommendation
- If you are a current BHS Employee: One from your current manager
- If you are NOT a BHS Employee: Two letters from supervisors/bosses/teachers/ etc... (not a friend, family, or coworker)
- Provide your Student Aide Index Number from your FAFSA Application
