Help Wanted – Full?Time Barista Closing
Blu Water Brew a franchise of Scooters Coffee is seeking a dependable and reliable , positive, and customer?focused individual to join our team as a Full?Time Barista. This is a store closing position with required weekend availability and required holiday availability to support business needs. The store closes at 8:00 PM, and closing shifts usually end between 8:15-8:30 PM depending on buisiness needs and nightly duties.
Position Overview
As a Barista, you will represent our brand by delivering friendly, fast, and consistent service. You’ll prepare high?quality beverages, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support a positive team culture. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and shows up ready to contribute every day.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Prepare all beverages according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kiosk, equipment, and workstations
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cash?handling procedures
- Restock supplies, manage backstock, and support daily operational tasks
- Work efficiently during rushes while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
- Uphold Blu Water Brew policies, professionalism, and brand standards
