Part?time team members work 16–29 hours per week, with weekends and holidays required to support business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- Greet customers, take orders, and prepare beverages and treats according to brand standards
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized store environment
- Follow all food handling and safety procedures
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the Store Manager
- Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings and seasonal items
- Complete required online training modules
- Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Perform additional duties as assigned

As a Barista, you’ll craft a variety of hot and cold beverages, serve guests with speed and positivity, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store. You’ll work as part of a fun, supportive team that values great service, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
