We are delighted to announce that we are offering a Direct Hire Traveler Program for experienced nurses! This program offers premium rates and the chance for you to utilize your nursing skills in targeted specialties within South County Health. Experienced Operating Room Travel RNs will commit to a 13-week assignment.
As a Direct Hire Traveler Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary approach in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Provides comprehensive care for the life span of patients, from infants to geriatrics. Effectively delivers patient care through Nursing Process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Implementation and Evaluation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Accredited School or College of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island
- BLS from American Heart Association, ACLS certification preferred.
- Previous OR experience preferred, ability to scrub is a plus
