Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, cook, and present food items to order using grills, fryers, and ovens, following exact recipes.
- Brand Standards & Quality: Ensure all food meets Denny's quality, portion, and temperature standards.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and health regulations.
- Operational Support: Prep ingredients, manage inventory levels (par levels), and clean equipment.
- Guest Focus: Fulfill special requests and ensure all food is plated efficiently and correctly
Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Skills: Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings/nights.
- Training: Completion of required training and food safety certifications.
Physical Requirements
- Extensive standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Working in varying temperatures (hot grill, cold coolers).
