Cardiac SonographerPosition Summary
Responsible for delivery of appropriate cardiology services in a timely and courteous manner, i.e. Echo, EKG, TEE, Stress testing. Participates in patient/family teaching and works cooperatively with other team members to meet patients needs.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- CPR certification required.
- ACLS certification required within 8 months of hire.
- Must be able to demonstrate clinical competence in performing echocardiography, TEE, and stress echo.
- Must have accreditation in sonography.
