IT Help Desk Intern
As our Help Desk Intern, you will gain the fundamental experience that will drive your career in Information Technology. Your curiosity, attention to detail, and problemsolving mindset will help keep daily operations running smoothly while contributing to a positive and productive technology environment.
In this role, you will assist with basic network and application troubleshooting, ensuring that team members have the technology and tools they need to work effectively. Your day-to-day consists of ticket management, device setup, maintaining systems & licenses, password resets, user support, jobsite deployment, and technical research & documentation.
Successful interns in this role are helpful, resourceful, dependable, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to customer service, technical growth, and collaboration.

Your Background
- High school diploma or equivalent required; current enrollment in an IT, computer science, or related program preferred.
- Interest in information technology, technical support, or systems administration.
- Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and common software applications.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to assist users of varying technical skill levels.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and general IT hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) preferred.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and serviceoriented mindset.
