JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:
- Individuals will support the system integration of the Smart Work Tool with the SSL/CTL machine. This will allow the individual to get an in-depth understanding of the electronics used on both the machine and work tool. This knowledge allows the individual to assist in verification testing as well as documentation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document test procedure.
- Execute test procedure either by working with individuals on a Hardware in the Loop tester (HIL), testing the features on a test bench, or testing the features on a machine.
- Document test results
- Document feature as part of a System Requirements document.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Years of experience: 10+
- Degree requirement: Computer or Electrical Engineering
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Demonstrated Electronics Systems knowledge
- Demonstrated CAN J1939 knowledge
- Demonstrated documentation and troubleshooting skills
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Individuals must be capable of juggling multiple projects at the same time and have a strong visual design sense.
