A well-established robotics and automation organization in the Warrendale, PA area is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting and operational accounting functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting within a structured reporting environment while supporting core accounting activities across the North American business.This is an immediate, full-time, fully onsite 12-month assignment aligned to operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & ClosePrepare and validate monthly financial reporting packagesExecute revenue recognition under established accounting policiesSupport monthly revenue forecasting and stock variance analysisPerform detailed general ledger reconciliationsEnsure consistency and accuracy of financial dataOperational & Project AccountingAnalyze margin by project, product line, and activitySupport labor allocation and timesheet reclassificationAssist with overhead distribution and cost validationSupport technician and engineering rate calculationsMonitor and reconcile inventory valuation and work-in-progress (WIP)Budget & AnalysisAssist with annual budget compilationPerform variance analysis versus budget and prior yearSupport cost tracking across departmentsAudit & CompliancePrepare audit schedules and supporting documentationSupport year-end adjustments, accruals, and reconciliationsAssist with intercompany reconciliationsMaintain compliance with internal financial reporting standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required5+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experienceExperience in operational or project-based accounting environmentsStrong background in inventory reconciliation and margin analysisExperience supporting external auditsAdvanced Excel skills requiredERP system experience requiredAbility to work fully onsite in Warrendale, PAWhat We OfferCompetitive salary ($90,000 – $100,000 annually)Medical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company contributionPaid time off and company holidaysProfessional, collaborative team environmentDefined 12-month full-time assignmentAdditional InformationThis position is a defined 12-month assignment supporting operational continuity.
