Outside Services Attendant – Seasonal (Part-Time, Non-Exempt)
Rate: $13.00/hour
Pay Grade: SEA| Starting salary based on prior experience and education.
Location: Pine Ridge Country Club, Wickliffe, OH 44092
Position Description: Under direction of the Senior Golf Course Manager, the Outside Services Attendant works with staff to assure a smooth transition for all members and guests and assists with setup and execution of golf outings and leagues.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provides sincere and courteous service to members and public golfers.
- Performs general cart barn duties: removes debris, gases and power washes, wipes and dries carts.
- Brings out carts in the morning for staging and puts carts away in the evening.
- Checks all outgoing and incoming carts for damage.
- Reports damaged and malfunctioned carts to the pro shop.
- Replaces scorecards and pencils on clean carts.
- Performs golf course duties including picking up broken tees, fixing divots, repairing ball marks, picking up sticks and debris, emptying waste baskets, and filling seed boxes.
- Performs general upkeep of the golf course during slow cart times.
- Enforces all golf course rules, etiquette and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Position Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of golf preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with others with tact and courtesy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Variable work schedule; weather dependent.
- May work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Seasonal role, March through November.
- Must possess a valid driver's license; background check required.
