About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and refining our go-to-market (GTM) processes, creating compelling product positioning, and enabling our sales team with the right messaging and materials. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. As Daloopa scales, this position has the potential to grow into a leadership role.
The Essentials:
- Role: Product Marketing Manager
- Type: Individual Contributor, Full Time
- Location: New York City (hybrid)
- Compensation: $170K – $190K OTE (This range is reflective of level of contribution. Candidates who fully match what we’re looking for in this role will be at the top of the range.)
Your Impact:
- Lead GTM strategy and cross‑functional alignment for new feature releases.
- Develop clear messaging that resonates with institutional investors and financial analysts.
- Deliver sales enablement assets such as one‑pagers, pitch decks, and battle cards.
- Create product content including case studies, blogs, tutorials, FAQs, and newsletters.
- Provide messaging for webinars, podcasts, and external speaking engagements.
- Build the knowledge base and drive digital adoption to improve engagement and retention.
- Use data to measure and optimize product marketing impact.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in FinTech, AI, SaaS, or investment research.
- Background as an early PMM hire or experience building PMM foundations in high‑growth environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
- Strong understanding of financial markets or technical products (APIs, MCPs, LLMs).
- Analytical, organized, and skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
