The Role
The Director of Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Media Partnerships will lead the expansion of Valpak | Clipp’s pharmaceutical and healthcare advertising business. This position is ideal for a senior seller from physician-office, waiting room, exam-room, or point-of-care media who wants to broaden their impact and represent a platform that strengthens message quality, enhances patient comprehension, and increases advertiser confidence.
In this role, you will work directly with pharmaceutical brands, agencies, and healthcare marketers to develop campaigns that meet regulatory standards while delivering superior engagement, clarity, and reach.
This role demands a polished, confident seller capable of engaging senior decision-makers, structuring multi-product campaigns, and navigating complex marketing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with pharmaceutical brands, healthcare marketers, and agencies.
- Position Valpak envelopes and Clipp magazines as a differentiated alternative—or complement—to physician office and point-of-care media.
- Educate clients on the advantages of in-home print delivery for fair balance, message clarity, and patient understanding.
- Collaborate internally to ensure creative formats and media strategies align with regulatory requirements.
- Drive revenue through consultative, insight-led selling rather than transactional placements.
- Help establish Valpak | Clipp as a credible, strategic partner for RX and healthcare marketing.
- Achieve top-tier revenue production with the professionalism, pace, and consistency expected of a senior seller.

Requirements:
Ideal Background
- Experience selling regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical media, especially in physician-office or point-of-care settings.
- Strong understanding of RX marketing regulations, compliance processes, and fair-balance requirements.
- Proven success selling high-consideration, regulated media solutions.
- Ready to transition beyond office-by-office selling to represent a national, in-home platform that provides higher attention, longer engagement, and more complete communication for RX brands.
- Proven quota-crushing history—president’s club, top producer, or sustained above-goal performance preferred.
