HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
As the Women’s Business Center (WBC) Program Director, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader for our SBA-funded Women’s Business Center. You will oversee performance, compliance, sustainability, and program impact — ensuring full alignment with SBA Cooperative Agreement requirements, program directives, and performance metrics.
You will lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of high-quality business advising, training, and technical assistance programs focused on women entrepreneurs.
In addition, you will play a critical role in securing and managing the required non-federal match for the WBC grant through fundraising, partnerships, earned revenue, and allowable in-kind support — ultimately positioning the Women’s Business Center as a regional leader in women’s business development.
This role requires a strong communicator and relationship-builder who can confidently represent the WBC to funders, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), community partners, and the public while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
WHO YOU ARE?
You are mission-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented with a passion for empowering women in business.
