Solution Architect with German - REMOTE

In this role, you will be integral to supporting large and complex service opportunities by leading a team and coordinating efforts across various markets. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of service engagements, helping to align technical solutions with client needs. This position requires a proactive mindset as you will drive the sales process through effective communication and consultative selling techniques.
Accountabilities
- Create awareness of Managed Print/Device Services offerings.
- Assess customers business and technical needs related to their printing environment.
- Develop Services & Solutions scope and design using portfolio components.
- Architect end-to-end solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Document deal assumptions, proposal, and contractual documents.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to execute Solutions initiatives.
- Ensure execution meets Sales team goals and enhance engagement success.
- Build customer loyalty acting as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree.
- 5+ years experience in technical and/or consultative selling.
- Experience in a virtual team environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and soft skills.
- Ability to lead complex projects across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of product portfolio and internal processes.
